Liugong grader accessories are mainly composed of engine, transmission system, driving system, steering system, braking system, working device and hydraulic control system, electrical equipment and cab, etc.

(1) Engine

Air - cooled or water - cooled multi - cylinder diesel engines are generally used. Most diesel engines use exhaust turbocharging technology.

(2) Transmission system

The transmission system is generally composed of main clutch, hydraulic torque converter, gearbox, rear axle transmission, balance box series transmission, etc., as shown in Figure 2-28. Transmission in the transmission system has two configurations, a manual transmission, a power shift transmission.

(3) Driving system

The driving system consists of a frame and wheels. The frame is a box body, which is a bow welded structure. A single girder with a box section at the front end of the bow longitudinal girder on which the working device and its operating mechanism are suspended or mounted. The rear part of the frame is composed of 2 longitudinal beams and 1 rear beam. The engine, transmission mechanism and cab are mounted on the frame. The rear of the frame is hinged to the rear axle housing through guide plate and bracket, while the front nose is supported on the front bridge with steel seat.
